Using a sharpened knife to cut sushi

Knife Sharpening

  • $5 for blades <6 inches in length
  • $6 for blades 6 to 9 inches
  • Add $2 per knife for serrated blades
  • Add $10 to regrind knife profile to repair broken tip
  • Ask for quote for blades longer than 9 inches

Scissors/Shears Sharpening

  • $8 for kitchen/utility scissors
  • $10 for fabric scissors

  • $2 per inch of blade length to sharpen paper cutter
